Driver Guide

Drivers use the Ciklek mobile app to manage their daily routes, scan parts, and confirm pickups and deliveries.

Getting the App

Download Ciklek Driver from:

  • iOS: App Store → search "Ciklek"
  • Android: Google Play → search "Ciklek"

Log in with the same credentials you use on the web dashboard.

Starting Your Day

  1. Open the app → tap My Routes
  2. Today's route loads automatically, sorted by stop sequence
  3. Tap Start Route when you're ready to begin

At a Pickup Stop

  1. Tap the stop in your route list
  2. Tap Start Check-In
  3. Scan each part's QR code as you collect it
    • ✅ Green: part scanned successfully, added to pickup
    • ❌ Red: unknown QR — do not take the part; tap Report Issue
    • ⚠️ Yellow: wrong order — the part belongs to a different order
  4. Once all parts are scanned, tap Complete Pickup
  5. If the count doesn't match the order, note the discrepancy before completing

Never collect a part that scans red. Unknown QRs cannot be tracked in the system.

At a Delivery Stop

  1. Tap the stop → Start Delivery
  2. Scan each part before handing it to the customer
  3. The customer signs on your screen (or tap Skip Signature for unattended delivery)
  4. Tap Complete Delivery

Reporting a Problem

Tap Report Issue at any stop to log:

  • Customer not available — app reschedules the stop
  • Wrong address — flags the address for correction
  • Damaged part — opens damage report form with photo
  • Access problem — gate code missing, door locked, etc.

Issues are immediately visible to the Operations Manager.

End of Day

  1. Return to depot (if applicable)
  2. Tap End Route
  3. Any unresolved stops are automatically flagged for follow-up

Troubleshooting

QR scanner not working?

  • Ensure camera permission is granted for the app
  • Clean the QR code surface — oils and dirt can cause scan failures
  • Try the Manual Entry option: type the part ID from the sticker

No route assigned today?

  • Check with Operations — routes are assigned the evening before
  • If you have a route but it's not showing, pull to refresh on the Routes screen

Lost connectivity?

  • The app works offline and syncs when connectivity is restored
  • Do not force-close the app — background sync will complete automatically
