Customer Portal

The Ciklek customer portal lets you manage your tools, track orders, view your billing history, and set notification preferences — without calling us.

Accessing the Portal

Go to app.ciklek.com and sign in with your customer account credentials. If you don't have an account, ask your Account Manager for an invite link or sign up at app.ciklek.com/sign-up.

Portal Sections

Dashboard (/portal/dashboard)

Your overview page shows:

  • Active Orders — orders currently being picked up or processed
  • Tools Due Back — tools expected to be returned soon
  • Recent Charges — last few billing events
  • Quick Actions — request a pickup, download QR codes

My Tools (/portal/parts)

A complete inventory of all registered tools:

  • Current location and status for each tool
  • Service history (how many times sharpened, last sharpened date)
  • QR code download (for reprinting labels)
  • Add new tools (manual entry or QR scan via phone camera)

Orders (/portal/orders)

Track the full lifecycle of every order:

  • Status timeline with timestamps at each stage
  • Driver name and estimated delivery window
  • Confirm Receipt button when your tools are delivered
  • Download the service report when complete

Billing (/portal/subscription)

Your complete payment history:

  • Every pickup fee ($30) and sharpening charge ($15/blade)
  • Date, order number, and amount for each transaction
  • All charges appear here — no separate invoice to pay

How billing works: Your card is charged twice per order. The $30 pickup fee is charged when you book. The per-blade sharpening fee ($15 × number of blades) is charged after your tools pass quality control — before they're sent back to you. See How Ciklek Works for the full breakdown.

Settings (/portal/settings)

  • Notification Preferences — choose email and/or SMS for each event type
  • Payment Method — update the card on file
  • Webhooks — configure real-time event delivery (see Webhooks)
  • API Keys — create API keys for integrations (see API Reference)
  • Data & Privacy — export your data, manage data deletion requests

Notification Events

You can opt in or out of notifications for each event:

Adding Your Payment Method

Your card on file is required before booking your first pickup (unless you have a free pickup credit from your Account Manager).

  1. Go to Portal → Settings → Payment Method
  2. Click Add Card
  3. Enter your card details in the Stripe form
  4. Click Save — this saves the card for future charges, it doesn't charge you

You can update your card at any time. The new card will be used for all future charges.
