Orders & Pickups
Request pickups, track orders in real-time, and download service reports — all from the portal.
Requesting a Pickup
- Go to Portal → Dashboard → Request Pickup (or Orders → New Order)
- Select the parts you want to send for service
- Choose a pickup window — available slots based on your service location
- Add any special instructions for the driver
- Click Confirm — you'll receive a confirmation email with pickup details
Tip: You can add or remove parts up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Reading the Order Timeline
Each order shows a status timeline:
Created → Scheduled → Picked Up → In Service → Ready → Delivered → Completed
Each stage shows:
- The date/time it happened
- Who performed the action (driver name, service center)
Estimated Return Time
Once your parts are at the service center, the estimated return date is shown in the order detail. This is based on your service SLA. If the return is delayed, you'll receive a notification with the updated estimate.
Service Reports
When an order is completed, a Service Report PDF is generated and available for download. The report includes:
- List of parts serviced
- Service type performed on each part
- Before/after wear scores
- Technician notes (if any)
- Invoice reference number
Download it from Orders → [Order] → Download Report.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order before parts are picked up:
- Open the order
- Click Cancel Order
- Confirm — a cancellation email is sent to you and your Account Manager
After pickup, contact Customer Service to arrange return of parts if needed.
